Ordering & Delivery

Standard Carriage costs:
Delivery is included in all prices £6 and over.
Orders under £6 have a surcharge of £5.00.

Guaranteed next day delivery:
is charged at a flat rate of £5 to all UK addresses.
Orders placed for Guaranteed next day delivery must be placed before 1pm.
Deliveries can not be Guaranteed for delivery on Saturday or Sunday. Orders placed by 1pm on Friday will be delivered on Monday.
Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.

VAT is included in the price of your product.

WE DELIVER WITH PARCELFORCE direct to your home or work place. We estimate that standard delivery time will be approximately 5 working days. You will be advised of your consignment number by email after ordering and will be able to track your order on line on the parcelforce web site (http://www.parcelforce.com) - Please include a valid email address on your order. We also ask you to ensure that you give a delivery address where goods can be signed for during the working day (Mathmos can not be held responsible for failed deliveries due to the recepient not being available at the nominated address).
You are buying direct from Mathmos, the designers and manufacturers. We pride ourselves on the quality of our products. All products are comply with current safety regulations and are of the highest quality of manufacture.

Mathmos will of course replace defective products under warranty or items that were damaged during shipping. Please contact us by telephone or email. Do not send products to us. If you are not happy with your purchase we will issue a refund of the original purchase price minus a 20% restocking fee. Please notify us by email within 7 working days of receiving your purchase and you will be given instructions on how to proceed. Please see here for our full terms and conditions.
